2. Production vs. Carrier Transit Timeline
To avoid delivery confusion, B2B buyers must understand the difference between **Production Time** and **Carrier Transit Time**:
- Production Time (7–14 Business Days): This is the duration required to secure blank apparel, verify vector files, set up printers/stitching machinery, and physically decorate your order (Embroidery, DTF, or Screen Print). Production starts only AFTER design proof sign-off.
- Carrier Transit Time (2–7 Business Days): This is the shipping duration once the carrier handles the package. Carrier timelines are based on the selected zone tier above.
3. Preferred Carriers & Supplier Pipelines
We partner with industry-leading commercial carriers to secure parcel tracking and signature delivery verification:
- UPS Canada: Default carrier for premium corporate shipments, heavy boxes, and express deliveries.
- Canada Post: Utilized for standard residential, school, and remote northern deliveries.
- Purolator: Default carrier for rapid intra-provincial shipping within Ontario.
- Direct Wholesaler Sourcing: In cases of raw blank orders, items are shipped directly from S&S Activewear or SanMar Canada warehouses (Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver) to minimize transit legs.
4. Order Tracking & Manifests

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
All bulk orders ship fully insured. If a package arrives physically damaged or is declared lost by the carrier, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your Order ID and photo evidence. We will handle the insurance claim and fast-track a production reprint to replace the lost apparel.
